‘Law & Order’: Describing the Coalition as the “Rights Alliance” and Threatening Lethal Consequences for Being Serial and Unapologetic Human Rights Abusers

Dick Wolf’s extraordinarily remarkable television drama began to be geo-politicized in September 2004* and since has covered all diplomatic topics – some repeatedly.  The episode that aired on December 11, 2009 focused on what the China-Canada military alliance represents to the civilized world – a multitude of serial human rights abusers in Canada and operating clandestinely around the world who when put on notice this was intolerable and attracted serious consequences thumbed their collective noses through the East-West diplomatic corridor.

It is another instance of democracy and capitalism inspired genius that led to the ‘Law & Order’ script.  It combined one of the themes of the coalition partnership, namely protection from, and preventing the proliferation of systemic violations of, human rights, with a constituent of what the Fiefdom treatise called the most profound threat to the peace, security and prosperity of the 21st century: the China-Canada military alliance.  Out of what has been a seemingly inexhaustible well of creativity came the name of the organization at the center of the plot: “The Rights Alliance” – referring to the publicly non-transparent community of the world’s most politically and militarily powerful, the uber-wealthy and most successful in entertainment and sports – which concluded that if nothing is done to challenge the new imperialism there would be a second Dark Ages.

As per standard protocol back to autumn 2006, the lexicon is embedded in opening moments of the very first scene.   The future victim is going door-to-door seeking to register new voters.  The script begins with:

Victim:           Change only happens when you vote; but first you have to register.

Woman:          I don’t have time for this.

Victim:             It doesn’t matter if you have a criminal record.

Woman:          What did you say?

Colleague:       Jim. [dogs barking; Cl.M.; q-Springsteen M.] On that note…

Victim:             Ah come on, it’s barely six.  I saw some houses down there by that ol’ landfill.

Colleague:      Sorry, I’m beat.  I’ll take the ferry back into the city.

Victim:            That’s the problem with you John: you’re just not dedicated enough.

Right from the get-go producers add the lexicon’s constituent involving what is now compiled in Revisiting Dogville’s Final Scene: “If There’s Any Town This World Would be Better Without, [Vancouver] is It.”  and the gesture symbolizing (i) the use of stealth cognition technologies to torture and threaten the Custodian Chief Executive, (ii) street soldier stalking and (iii) how Chinada effects its diplomacy; as has been observed, recorded and archived in How Canada's Three Sub-Factions Engaged in Diplomacy With the Anti-Chinada Coalition: Hypno-Torturing the Canadian Lawyer, More of the Same Hideous Behavior: Canada's Three Sub-Factions Engage in Diplomacy With the Anti-Chinada Coalition by Hypno-Torturing the Canadian Lawyer, The Impertinence of Arrogance chapter and supplementals: Part I and Part II and more recently in:

The crime scene involves the victim laying dead on the hood of his car barely clad with the word “Fed” scrawled on his chest.  To draw the principals of the Chinada High Command’s attention to their shortened mortality, they arrange for the scene to be filmed in front of a restaurant.  In big, bold letters the neon sign reads “Dim Sum Authentic Banquet”.

Then a street level clip of the license plate is added, timed to Detective Lupo’s comment on what defaced the corpse.  The first digit is a coalition identifying three: “Fed – somebody wanted us to know he worked for the government”; referring to the Canadian lawyer’s public sector clients and implying what happens to those who experiment, torture and threaten him.  The last three digits are “179” – a triple China identifier.

Additionally, China’s identified by combining the use of a red body transporter, yellow tinted window in the background and Detective Green’s observation “there’s white gravel in the tire tread”.  He adds about the evidence “that’s not from around here”, to which Lupo executes a Prince Harry Maneuver to underscore that the malfeasants’ ideology isn’t western, yet it’s been institutionalized north of the 49th Parallel.

As Detective Lupo inspects the vehicle, producers add the prison certainty pattern – awnings across the street; timed to Detective Green pointing out that down the street is the Federal Reserve Bank – a geo-reference to Chairman Ben Bernanke and his and his institution’s contributions to achieving stated objectives; in this case being a member of the coalition team preparing to seize and interim run Canada’s financial institutions on behalf of the Custodian-in-Council:

This goes to the methodology of reform, accountability and demilitarization – confiscating funds that finance Chinada’s military posture and maintaining political and corporate control of Canada; and also will assist in ensuring those guilty of violating the spirit of The Security of Information Act pay the price: calling in mortgages to trigger foreclosure, terminating credit in all forms, seizing bank accounts, etc..

The first two place and date stamps underscore the script’s geo-theme using China identifiers:

The investigation begins with the place where the victim was volunteering.  Questions are asked of its executive.  Detective Lupo execute a Clooney Maneuver to “Has the Right to Life [Alliance]” received any threats lately?”, geo-referring to coercive diplomacy in all its forms.

The first to be interviewed is the deceased’s door-to-door associate.  He’s attired in prison certainty and quantum and producers add an extra walking behind the two detectives and him.  She’s attired in the bright colors of China and walking a dog – constituting another ‘Dogville’ originating threat of lethal military force and capital punishment.

Colleague:      If there was even one unregistered citizen out there Jim was up for the hunt.

Det. Green:   We hear he was passionate. How well did that go over with the citizens?

Colleague:      He could be pretty agro, yea.  He said he learned the hard sell as a student volunteer for the Obama campaign.  Are we like targets now?  Should we be carrying pepper spray or something?

Det. Lupo:       My guess: you’re pretty safe here.  Just mind the Jack Russells.

The dog and colors of China are added at “we hear he’s passionate” – referring to how both sides of the conflict view their respective ideologies and commitment to defeating the other.

At the conclusion of the dialogue producers add a car honk – a Wolf-Grazer-Kelley torture identifier – and another extra in the background.  He too has a dog and is choreographed to execute a Sarkozy Maneuver.  The overall geo-significance of the scene is articulating another warning that everyone who’s complicit in and loyal to Chinada behavior and unlawful domestic and international law agendas is a target for coalition-procured justice.

The investigation focuses on one of the deceased’s colleagues.  An African-American woman; who’s attired in prison certainty to high profile what’s documented and argued in Fiefdom chapters and supplementals on the institutionalization and proliferation of racism  (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).

To underscore this condemnation and to add how enormously trepidatious coalition partners are about the Chinada threat, Detective Green executes an embellished, finger running down the nose, Clooney Maneuver timed her emotional reaction “I’m really freaked out about this” to learning her colleague was murdered.

The Clooney Maneuver again draws attention to what is stated supra.

His partner effects an Eva Maneuver to his question “Did he talk to you about his politics?”, referring to Canadian and Chinese politics as described in the Fiefdom treatise and the diplomacy archive.

An original suspect is brought in for questioning and then charged with an unrelated offense.  Wolf et al. turn his incarceration into a visually powerful signal what's certain: imprisonment by the coalition.  They pan the camera from him to his wrists – handcuffed – to one of the digits on the height measuring guide:

Lieutenant Van Buren gets a telephone call, which is undescribed as it’s first introduced.  When producers edify the audience, they do so with this place and time stamp, which links enslaving human experimentation and torture with lethal consequences:

The threat is immediately juxtaposed with prison certainty:

And an instance of what institutionalized isolation-deprivation for the purposes of experimentation produced is high profiled.  Her friend is observed to have “beautiful daughters”.  There are three of them.

Complications in acquiring and properly assembling evidence to prove murder amongst several suspects gets District Attorney Jack McCoy annoyed with his two subordinates.  He chastises them – the scene taking place in front of and in an elevator.  The geo-intent here is to high profile what’s documented and articulated in The 'Elevator Incident' - Field Testing Stealth Cognition Technologies After Fifteen Years of Covert Militarized Human Experimentation:

If you can argue Gantz is the killer one minute and Webb the next so can they. They can point at each other and create reasonable doubt. […]  I have to attend a panel on violent crime.  It would be nice if we were solving it instead of just talking about it.

The place and date stamp that immediately follows adds the coalition identifier (digits add up to 12):

Wolf et al. draw attention to impatience brewing within some circles that not enough is being done fast enough to address the morphing Chinada threat.   This is an example of an organic checks and balances within the global coalition, which like in modern democracies ensures that when something’s not as it should, steps are taken to shine the spotlight of transparency on it so it can be rectified.

The institutionalization and proliferation of racism is again high profiled; the next time when the Rights Alliance executive is brought in for questioning.  She’s attired in the lexiconic color of justice and behind her is prison certainty (chain link fence).

When Detectives Green and Lupo question her, the Lieutenant, who’s watching through a one-way mirror, observes suspicious body language.  Their interrogation is terminated and their superior takes over.   The seasoned law enforcement veteran perceives the executive has an on-going affair with one of the murder suspects and appeals to her emotional sensitivities to extract evidence.  Here producers articulate how the coalition is in the process of bringing to an end the forty-year marriage between China and Canada.  The divorce will be official upon covert regime change and if lethal military force is necessary, it will be employed.  A 'gun to the temple' Richie-Santelli Maneuver is used to make the point.

Lt. Van Buren:  [Natasha M.] You’re still seein’ him, aren’t you- Davis Webb?

Executive:        No, that’s over.  It was nothing.

Lt. Van Buren: [Greenspan M.] You’re still in love with him.  What kind of promises did he make you [R-S M.]?  Did he say he was going to leave his wife [Greenspan M.]?

Executive:       He says he just needs a little more time.

Lt. Van Buren: [Greenspan M.; shakes her head]

Executive:       Don’t give me that look.  You don’t know how it is with us, okay?

Lt. Van Buren: Well, I’ll tell you what I do know: when this is done, you’ll be in jail; he’ll be with her.

Executive:       No, he won’t.  Davis loves me.  If it comes to that He’ll stand by me.  I know it.

Producers return to a running theme – the Lieutenant’s breast cancer.  The scene on the topic begins with a place - date stamp, the digits of which add up to 19  - a China identifier.  Her husband in bed, wakes up alone.  She’s in the kitchen sobbing over the possibility she might not survive.  They insert a bedside clock – set to 3:53; a double coalition identifier and compensation ratifier that red flags the isolation-deprivation theme and puts part of the blame on China in Canada.
